Description

We class our caravan as a hotel on wheels, it’s light and very spacious, end bathroom large shower, thetford toilet and basin and good cupboard space. Two full size single beds 7ft 6x3ft 6 with overhead side cupboards, sliding door to separate from kitchen area.kiitchen is well equipped with plenty of cupboard space, a 4 ring glass covered hobb, grill oven sink and fridge. The upholstery is soft comfortable and very clean, with thick cushions to all the seating.Curtains and fly screens and sun blinds to all windows and door. The front seating area makes up to a large double bed, storage beneath , hot water always available with on board electric and gas boiler, has 240 volt sockets, 12 & 240 volt lighting running from caravan battery and mains power. In all a fantastic German built van, a problem with the fridge it only runs on gas and battery, needs looking at, we have been using it on gas. You will see by the last 2 pictures that there is slight damage to the offside corner, been repaired but not painted, also flap missing on water pump cover (to replace approx £5). Perfect inside no damp or stains, typical German van. We have taken in the cost of repairs and servicing and allowed for it in the price . I think I have covered everything you can ring me on this number if you have any questions 01787 315643 to view or make an offer, it is also on other sites. Extras Include Remote Motor Mover Waste water container Aqua Roll Radio CD player Microwave oven Large sun roof Safety Tow Hitch Spare wheel Electric hook up cable Water pump Gas Bottle Leg winder brace Caravan step Complete winter cover up Some service history (own fitter services it) 2 sets of keys Phantom Tracker System fitted (needs to be re activated approx £100 for the year Our reason for selling our lovely caravan is we are to old for a big van , so now downsizing.
